LTC to Ring the Closing Bell at NYSE Euronext Tomorrow Friday, August 17, 2012 at 4:00PM EDT

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- LTC Properties, Inc. (NYSE:LTC) is delighted to announce that it will have the special privilege of ringing the New York Stock Exchange Closing Bell this Friday, August 17, in recognition of the Company's 20th anniversary.

Andre Dimitriadis, Founder and Executive Chairman of LTC Properties, Inc., will ring the bell. He will be joined on the NYSE Euronext bell podium by members of the Board of Directors and LTC’s management team.
